Price breakdown:
3 DAYS a week, 12 sessions for the month- each week price is adjusted for newbies :)

Must complete the entire month. NO day to day sessions available.
Some things you should know before joining:
45min- 1 hour Split Routine, HIIT, Strength training, Resistance training
Monday Wednesday & Friday at 6:15am EST
Live streaming via Zoom Video Chat (sessions are not recorded or saved)
Shared GroupMe chat with fellow participants
*Before/After photos are not a requirement (you may cut out your face to preserve identity)*
Required equipment: dumbbells, jump rope, ankle weights, cotton bands, long and short resistance bands, kettle bells, etc (WEIGHTS YOU NEED THEM)
Meal Plans available upon request (plant based, balanced, vegan diet options included)
If pregnant, injured, having just undergone surgery, or suffering chronic joint pain/arthritis, it is not advisable for you to participate in the challenge as it may be difficult to complete with few modifications.
No recording of the live sessions will be available, and no refunds will be provided for those who do not attend. Please review the terms and conditions for all online purchases.
